<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Retirar o camembert da caixinha e colocar num ramequin para ir ao forno.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Corte com cuidado, a parte de cima do queijo, deixando dos lados intactos.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Polvilhar o camembert com folhinhas de tomilho e levar ao forno cerca de 10 minutos.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Retirar do forno. Por cima do queijo colocar as sementes de romã e as nozes.</span><br />

<b>Preparação:</b></div>

Pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC.</div>

Forrar com papel vegetal e untar uma forma redonda, com 16 cm de diâmetro. Reservar.</div>

Derreter o chocolate com a manteiga, em banho-maria, e deixar arrefecer um pouco.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Bater os ovos com o açúcar cerca de 5 minutos, até obter uma consistência bem cremosa e fofa.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Adicionar o chocolate derretido e envolver muito bem.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Junte a farinha e o fermento à mistura anterior, envolvendo tudo aos poucos.</div>

Colocar a massa na forma e espalhar algumas framboesas, enterrando-as ligeiramente na massa.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Levar ao forno cerca de 20 minutos, faça o teste do palito.</div>

O bolo deverá ficar crocante por fora e ligeiramente húmido por dentro.</div>

Retire do forno, deixe arrefecer um pouco e desenforme.</div>

Depois de frio decore com as restantes framboesas de polvilhe com açúcar em pó.</div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Adicione o iogurte e o azeite e envolva bem. De seguida junte a farinha e misture muito bem, até obter uma massa homogénea.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Unte uma forma com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Coloque o preparado na forma. Espalhe as framboesas por cima, afundando-as ligeiramente na massa.</span><br />

200 gramas de chocolate branco<br />
1 dl de natas<br />
200 gramas de biscoitos wafers de baunilha<br />
200 gramas de coco ralado<br />
avelãs torradas inteiras<br />

<b>Preparação:</b><br />
<br />
Triture os biscoitos wafers de baunilha e reserve.<br />
<br />
Parta o chocolate em pequenos pedaços e reserve numa taça.<br />
<br />
Aqueça as natas, sem deixar ferver e verta sobre o chocolate. Envolva muito bem coma ajuda de uma espátula, até o chocolate estar totalmente derretido, resultando um creme liso.<br />
<br />
Adicione os biscoitos triturados e 150 gramas do coco ralado. Envolva muito bem até ligar todos os ingredientes.<br />
<br />
Tape com película aderente e leve ao frigorífico durante 1 hora.<br />
<br />
Com uma colher de sopa retire porções de massa e coloque uma avelã no centro. Com as mãos molde pequenas bolas e passe-as pelo restante coco ralado.<br />
<br />
Distribua-as por forminhas de papel frisado e reserve em local fresco.<br />

Sou uma eterna apaixonada desta sobremesa, que apesar de bastante simples, não pode faltar volta e meia na mesa! É portanto uma excelente sugestão para o jantar de São Valentim ;)<br />
<br />
<b>Ingredientes:</b><br />
<br />
200 gramas de bolacha maria integral<br />
120 gramas de manteiga<br />
1 lata de leite condensado ( 397 gramas)<br />
3 ovos ( gemas e claras separadas)<br />
sumo de 2 limões<br />
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar<br />
<br />
<b>Preparação:</b><br />
<br />
Triture as bolachas e reserve. Derreta a manteiga e junte às bolachas, envolva muito bem, até formar uma pasta homogénea. Forre uma tarteira com esta pasta e leve ao frigorífico uns minutos para solidificar.<br />
<br />
Numa taça coloque o leite condensado, junte o sumo de limão e as gemas e envolva muito bem.<br />
<br />
Verta a mistura sobre a base de bolacha e leve ao forno, pré-aquecido a 180ºC, cerca de 10 minutos.<br />
<br />
Bata as claras em castelo, adicione o açúcar e bata muito bem, até ficar com um merengue brilhante e cremoso.<br />
<br />
Retire a tarte do forno, espalhe o merengue em cima e leve novamente ao forno por mais cerca de 5 minutos, só para o merengue ficar douradinho.<br />
<br />
Retire do forno, deixe arrefecer e sirva!<br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Levar a lume brando o açúcar, num tacho e quando começar a derreter ir mexendo até ficar totalmente liquido.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Assim que estiver totalmente derretido verter na forma, com cuidado, porque está muito quente! Rodar a forma com a ajuda de um pano, para o caramelo percorrer a toda a volta.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Aquecer o leite. Dissolver o café num pouco de leite quente, mexendo muito bem e adicionar ao restante leite.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Misturar o açúcar com a farinha, numa taça e adicionar o ovos, batendo bem, para incorporar.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Adicionar o leite e envolver bem.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Verter o preparado na forma e levar a cozer em banho-maria, cerca de 50 minutos.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Retirar do lume e deixar arrefecer. Normalmente deixo arrefecer durante uma noite, de manhã desenformo e coloco no frigorífico, estando fresquinho para a sobremesa do almoço :).</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Junte o leite com o iogurte e o açúcar e bata muito bem. Adicione o fermento e os ovos e misture muito bem. De seguida misture a farinha e o sal e use uma colher de pau para mexer bem, até que a massa comece a descolar das paredes da taça.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Polvilhe a bancada com farinha e transfira a massa. Amasse cerca de 5 minutos e deixe levedar em local morno cerca de 1 hora. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Volte a colocar a massa na bancada enfarinhada e divida-a em 3 porções iguais. Forme 3 rolos do mesmo comprimento, coloque-os lado a lado e entrance, até ficar com uma bela trança. Dobre as extremidades para baixo. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Noutro recipiente adicionar os açucares e o óleo, envolvendo bem para não ficar com grumos. Junte o ovo, a baunilha e o puré de abóbora e envolva muito bem.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Lentamente e mexendo sempre, vá adicionando a mistura de farinha e especiarias ao creme, até obter uma massa uniforme.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Adicione as pepitas de chocolate e envolva na massa com a ajuda de uma espátula.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Molde bolinhas com a ajuda de uma colher de sopa e coloque num tabuleiro para ir ao forno, forrado com papel vegetal. Deixe bastante espaço entre cada bolachinha.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Leve a cozinhar cerca de 12 minutos, até ficarem douradinhas.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Divida a massa pelas 12 forminhas. Pressione bem o fundo (pode usar a base um um copo), para ficar bem distribuído.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Leve ao forno cerca de 10 minutos, até ficar com um crosta firme e seca.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Retire do forno e deixe arrefecer uns 10 minutos, enquanto prepara o recheio.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Adicione os açúcares, o mel, o puré de abóbora, o extrato de baunilha, o sal e a canela e bata tudo lentamente até envolver muito bem.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Junte os ovos, um a um, batendo entre cada adição, até incorporarem.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Distribua o creme pelas forminhas e leve ao forno cerca de 20 minutos, até ficar com o creme firme.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">1 litro de caldo de legumes quente</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">150 gramas de arroz arbóreo ou outro para risotto</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">50 ml de vinho branco</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">200 gramas de cogumelos shiitake frescos</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><b>Preparação:</b></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Limpe os cogumelos, corte-os em fatias e reserve.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Leve ao lume num tacho, o azeite, o alho e a cebola. Refogue até ficar macio.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Adicione o arroz e frite até começar a ficar translúcido.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Junte o vinho e vá mexendo para que este evapore. Adicione os cogumelos e envolva bem.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Tempere com um pouco de sal e deixe cozinhar em lume médio. Adicione um pouco de caldo de legumes, mexendo sempre, para que este evapore. Vá repetindo o processo até acabar o caldo.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Este processo deve levar cerca de 20-25 minutos.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Desligue o lume, junte o parmesão ralado no momento.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Envolva e tape 30 segundos.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Sirva de seguida decorado com salsa picada.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Descasque as pêras, retire os caroços e corte em cubos.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Leve a lume brando a pêra, juntamente com o pau de canela e deixe cozinhar cerca de 15 minutos, mexendo constantemente, até a pêra começar a desfazer-se.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Adicione os flocos de aveia e o leite, envolva bem e deixe cozinhar cerca de 5 minutos, até que engrosse e fique bem cremoso.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Retire do lume e rejeite o pau de canela. </span><br />

6 claras<br />
6 colheres de açúcar<br />
doce de pêssego<br />
manteiga e farinha para untar<br />

<b>Preparação:</b><br />
<br />
Ligue o forno a 200ºC.<br />
Untar um tabuleiro com manteiga, forrar com papel vegetal e untá-lo, polvilhar com farinha e reservar.<br />
Bater as claras em castelo enquanto se vai adicionando o açúcar, até ficarem bem firmes.<br />
Verter o preparado no tabuleiro e levar ao forno durante 8 minutos, até ficar com um aspeto douradinho.<br />
Deixe arrefecer um pouco, dentro do forno, com a porta entreaberta.<br />
Recheie a torta com o doce de pêssego e enrole com a ajuda de um pano.<br />
Leve ao frio até servir.<br />

Desta vez o desafio lançado é o Bolo Floresta Negra, um bolo absolutamente delicioso, com uma massa de chocolate, de recheio e cobertura compostos por chantili e cerejas.<br />
<br />
A versão que proponho é um pouco diferente, uma vez que substitui as cerejas por framboesas e o chantili por mascarpone.<br />
<br />
O resultado é fantástico e o facto de ser feito na caneca torna tudo muito mais simples...<br />

<b>Ingredientes para uma chávena grande ( cerca de 350 ml):</b><br />
<br />
40 gramas de chocolate preto, em pedacinhos<br />
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga sem sal<br />
1 ovo médio batido<br />
2 colheres de sopa de leite<br />
3 colheres de sopa de açúcar<br />
3 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo com fermento<br />
1 pitada de sal<br />
1 colher de sobremesa de ginjinha<br />
2 colheres de sopa de doce de framboesa<br />
2 colheres de sopa de mascarpone<br />
framboesas e raspas de chocolate q.b.<br />

<b>Preparação:</b><br />
<br />
Coloque o chocolate e a manteiga na chávena e leve ao microondas, em sequências de 30 segundos, mexendo entre cada uma até estar bem derretido e envolvido (bastaram-me 2 vezes).<br />
Mexa bem para ficar lisinho e arrefecer um pouco.<br />
Adicione o leite e o ovo e envolva.<br />
Junte o açúcar, a farinha e o sal e mexa muito bem.<br />
Por fim, junte a ginjinha e mexa bem.<br />
Leve ao microondas a 800W, 1 minuto e 40 segundos.<br />
Retire com cuidado, deixe arrefecer um pouco.<br />
Corte um circulo no centro do bolo, com uma faca e rejeite e massa. Encha o circulo com o doce de framboesa, coloque o mascarpone por cima e decore com as framboesas frescas e as raspas de chocolate.<br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">As ervilhas são uma leguminosa que trazem diversos benefícios para a saúde, sendo as ervilhas tortas menos conhecidas, mas igualmente saborosas e com inúmeras aplicações na culinária.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Limpe as ervilhas, rejeitando os trepes e lave muito bem.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Leve a cozer em água a ferver temperada com sal, cerca de 5 minutos, escorra e reserve.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Aqueça o azeite numa frigideira e adicione o alho e a cebola. Deixe refogar por uns 5 minutos, até ficarem douradinhos.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Adicione o camarão e os cogumelos, tempere com sal e tomilho e deixe refogar 5-8 minutos.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Numa taça coloque as ervilhas e disponha a mistura de camarão e cogumelos por cima.</span><br />
